Love Is

God is love. Love originated with Him. Our culture has often attempted to hijack love and define it according to societal whims. But God Himself defined it for us. He told us what love looks like – through His dealings with His people, through His Son, and then through one of His servants – a man named Paul. Paul spent the better part of one of his letters telling us exactly what love is.God is love. Jesus embodied love. He calls us to live out love – in every moment of every day. In the mundane and ordinary. Let’s commit to living lives of love. Not love like the world defines it, but love like God defines it.
